I have received my order but wish to return it

If you wish to return an unwanted item to us within the first 7 days, simply let us know by using our contact form. Providing the product is unopened and returned to us 'as new' a full refund will be offered, discounting any delivery charges that may have been added. Let us know the item or items you wish to return, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a credit. Please note most refunds are processed within 5 days however depending upon where your payment is registered, this can take 3-5 weeks.

On receipt of your message, we will add details of your request on our system and we will email you instructions on how to return the item to us.

We strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. If it is a large item, we can organise a collection for a fee of £10.

Please note that a large selection of our items are not available for a return due to health and safety reasons. Please see our terms and conditions for a full list of exclusions.


I have a faulty product, what do I do?

On the rare occasion you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact a member of our team as soon as possible and we will ensure to get this sorted for you.
